Micronexx supports real time estimating for complex manufactured products that includes material costs, waste, time, overhead and profit. Our parametric product description language predicts production schedules, material demand and costs. Additionally, when coordinated with the Job Costing module, budgetary figures and actuals update the pricing module. This powerful capability allows our customers to have a very low cost for estimating products while at the same time giving a high degree of confidence in the result.
In addition to producing a price and schedule for the item, the software produces detailed dimensioned CAD drawings (for customer approval and electronic distribution to the shop floor) as well as photo realistic renderings of the product. The savings in time from the greatly reduced workload on estimators, draftsmen and engineers can be dramatic, allowing existing staff to leverage onto a higher sales volume.
