Once orders are processed for shipping, our system can produce optimized picking waves that maximize picking productivity. Orders are collated for integrated packing, and bar code wands are used as a final check point to insure that all SKUS make it into the final packing container, and that the shipping information is correct for the order.
Real-time, multi-location inventory is managed across the distribution network, allowing customers to minimize inventory levels and back orders, and maximize turns. Our capabilities include the ability to fulfill orders outside of the network by allowing affiliates access to picking and shipping modules so that they can coordinate, invisibly to the end customer, resold or drop shipped merchandise.
