How It Works
The first step in using WebFaxx is to load the system with your products and information. This can be done by an electronic conversion process (useful for large volumes of information), or by faxing directly into the Web Site. An easy to use database manages pricing and product descriptions; products can be added, updated, or deleted directly from your browser. To incorporate WebFaxx into a new or existing Web site, you can use the powerful WebFaxx search engine, create custom forms, or embed links to WebFaxx anywhere in your site. Users on the Internet can use the WebFaxx search engine to search through your products by key phrase, title, author, date, or using full text mode, by any word that occurs in any of your faxable products. They can also access the WebFaxx system from anywhere within your site that contains a link. Once they have found a product, they can preview it before purchasing (if your policy allows preview). To purchase the product, your customers fill out an order form, and supply a fax number. WebFaxx will then verify the financial transaction, automatically convert the document pages to faxable images and deliver the fax. If the fax number provided is busy, invalid or unavailable, WebFaxx will repeatedly attempt to deliver the fax. If after your stipulated period of time, the fax has not been delivered, WebFaxx can electronically notify your Customer Service Department to take further action.
