    How It Works

    The first step in using WebDoxx is to load the system with your products and information. WebDoxx can accept documents in almost any format. In addition to the documents themselves, the WebDoxx catalog needs to be created or imported. The catalog contains descriptions and pricing information for your document products. An easy to use database manages pricing and product descriptions; products can be added, updated, or deleted directly from your browser. To incorporate WebDoxx into a new or existing Web site, you can use the powerful Micronexx search engine, create custom forms, or embed links to WebDoxx anywhere in your site. Users on the Internet can use the WebDoxx search engine to search through your products by key phrase, title, author, date, or using full text mode, by any word that occurs in any of your products. They can also access the WebDoxx system from anywhere within your site that contains a link. Once they have found a product, they can preview it before purchasing (if your policy allows preview). To purchase the product, your customers simply fill out an order form. WebDoxx will then verify the financial transaction and provide the customer with a download link.
